Thunder Bay’s Habitat for Humanity is launching a new online Catch the Ace lottery as a way of bringing in funds for their latest build.
Habitat’s CEO Lana Vukelic says they’ve raised about 50 percent of the money they need to build this year’s home, but because it’s a duplex the funds needed to complete the build are higher than an average single-family home.
This year’s duplex will house two families with a total of 9 children.
