A 56-year-old man is charged with mischief endangering life following a single vehicle crash on Monday on Oliver Road.
Police say they found a pick-up truck had left the roadway and hit a rock on the front lawn of a residential address.
An investigation found the driver and the passenger of the truck had gotten into an argument, when the passenger allegedly grabbed the arm of the driver, causing the vehicle to turn abruptly to the right and enter the ditch.
No injuries were reported.
The 56-year-old suspect has been released from police custody and has a future court date.
