Starting Wednesday morning at 6 o’clock one of the city’s busiest intersections will be closed.
The city says because of construction the Harbour Expressway and Balmoral Street intersection will be fully closed to all traffic.
The closure will stay in effect in the end of the day on Thursday.
A detour will be available at Golf Links Road, Central Avenue, and Carrick Street.
After Thursday the intersection will open to one lane of traffic in each direction.
