Imagine being able to be able to taste any food in the world but not actually eat it and take in the calories? It may be a reality in the near future!!!
Researchers at Meiji University in Japan are working on a “taste gadget” that uses LED lighting and gels to recreate taste. Users give the Norimaki Synthesizer a big old lick and it emulates the five taste senses, sweet, acidic, salty, bitter, and savoury flavours.
