Pedestrian Dies After Collision With Vehicle

One person has died as the result of a collision between a pedestrian and vehicle in Fort Albany First Nation.

Nishnawbe Aski Police say they were called early Saturday morning to the scene, in which a man was rushed to medical care, but died of his injuries.

NAPS Crime Unit and provincial police are looking into the cause.

Fort Albany First Nation is about 525kms north of Timmins.
