Thunder Bay Police Chief Sylive Hauth is addressing the public about how the police are handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hauth asks residents to use their online reporting tool rather than speaking to a police officer in person.
The chief says it has touched all of us on how they view public safety.
Hauth notes they will continue to provide critical and essential services to the community.
