Portion Of Highway 61 To Close

Construction work on an overpass will mean the closure of a section of Highway 61 starting Thursday night.

It was the same overpass which was damaged last November in a traffic mishap.

The Ministry of Transporation tells us starting at 10 pm Thursday Highway 61 will be closed between Broadway Avenue and Neebing Avenue/Princess Street.

The closure will last until 6 o’clock on Monday morning.
