Thunder Bay road crews have been out on area roads since two am this morning.
Manager Brad Adams tells us they will be monitoring the weather closely today to determine where they plow next.
“We are mobilizing to start brushing off our roads in town, we were out earlier doing some of our rural roads,” Adams notes.
According to the city’s plowing rules, crews plow main roads at 5 cm of snow and at 10 cm they clear off side streets.
The earliest city road crews could get to clearing side streets would be tomorrow according to the road’s official.
