If you use the Thunder Bay Expressway towards to north part of the city this morning, take note.
There is a transport truck, partially rolled over, in the eastbound lane of the Thunder Bay Expressway, between Red River Road and Balsam.
We’re told it’s reduced the highway down to one lane, and expected to be cleared roughly around 8 o’clock this morning.
