Philip Hebert of Thunder Bay is one step closer to claiming his lottery win of $10,000 with ENCORE.
The lottery ticket was from the August 27, 2019, LOTTO MAX draw.
He can’t get his prize yet because his daughter is an employee at an OLG location deeming it an Insider Win.
To get his cash the prize will be held for 30 days and if no one else lays claim it will then be paid out.
The winning ticket was purchased at Alley’s Corner Variety on Franklin Street in Thunder Bay.
