The second-degree murder trial for a 20-year-old man has been pushed back by four months. Brayden Bushby’s three week trial was to be held in January but has since been scheduled for April.
Bushby’s lawyer George Joseph tells us it’s to wait for the court of appeal decision on peremptory challenges involving jury selection.
Bushby initially was charged with aggravated assault after an alleged incident in January 2017 that involved a trailer hitch thrown out of a moving vehicle at the now deceased Barbara Kentner.
