Expect Snow To End This Evening

If you’re wondering how long this snow will last today, Environment Canada confirms it’ll be over by day’s end.

Meteorologist Gerald Cheng tells us he still feels we will get accumulation of about 2-4cms. “We expect the snow to continue for the rest of the day, but it should come to an end this evening.”

The meteorologist is blaming it on two weather systems mixing it up. “A Colorado low that’s pushing through Ontario, that’s giving us the snow. But behind it, it’s that arctic invasion, that air that comes from the arctic, the prairies, that’s going to sweep through Northwestern Ontario.”

The meteorologist says we can still expect the sun and cold tomorrow.
