Man Charged After Shots Fired At House

A 35-year old Thunder Bay area man is facing charges after police say a gun was fired at a home in Ware Township.

Provincial police recall it was around 5 o’clock in the afternoon, on Tuesday of last week, when occupants of a house reported numerous shots had been fired at their home.

Fortunately no one was hurt.

Police add the man is facing careless use and/or storage of a firearm, discharge of a firearm at a place in a reckless manner, and mischief endangering life charges.

He remains in custody at the Thunder Bay jail.

No motive or other details have been given by police.
