If you happen to be one of those people who were affected by a billing system error at one of the airport parking exit gates you will be compensated.
Thunder Bay Airport President & CEO Ed Schmidtke tells us the error resulted in some customers’ credit cards being charged for delayed fees dating back to 2017.
However, now that the software issue has been cleared up Schmidtke tells us the refund process is expected to take three to five business days.
