An 89-year-old Thunder Bay woman is dead following what police say was a traffic collision on the south side.
They report the woman was the driver of a vehicle that was involved in a two-vehicle collision at Arthur and Syndicate around 8 o’clock last night.
They say her vehicle ended up pinned between a light pole and a minivan.
She was removed from her vehicle and was rushed to hospital but later died of her injuries.
Her name is not being released by police.
The investigation continues.
