Today I saw news that Pizza Hut and KFC have launched new products this week. At this point, they are only in the U.S. but it’s not going to stop me from wanting to try them! KFC is trying out a new glazed doughnut in some markets. You can get a basket of chicken tenders, fries and a doughnut as a meal or you can get the monstrosity that I’ve posted a picture of below…it’s a crispy chicken ‘patty’ in between two glazed doughnuts! I could definitely see all of us here at 99.9 The Bay trying that out! Well…maybe not our morning guy, John. He seems to hate everything.
Pizza Hut is bringing us a less monstrous but no less delicious looking treat! They’ve teamed up with Kelloggs to bring ‘Stuffed Chez-It Bites’ to the U.S. It consists of four baked Chez-It Squares, which are baked dough stuffed with either cheese or cheese and pepperoni and comes with pizza sauce for dipping! It’s only available for a limited time and I believe, at this time, only available in the U.S. This is something that I would also love to try…I think if these items all came to Canada, I would HAVE to try them. I mean, it’s my duty as an official snacker, right? What do you think? Would you try these out?
