Organizers with the Walk to End ALS are overwhelmed by the support they received over the weekend for their annual walk.
They say they brought in $98,500 with approximately 395 people attending, however, since the walk on Saturday, they’ve had additional funding come in to reach a grand total of $102,000.
The group’s original fundraising goal was set at $30,000.
27 people in Thunder Bay are living with ALS.
