The Green Party in Thunder Bay-Superior North has chosen Bruce Hyer to run in the October federal election.
Hyer believes the Greens stand a good chance in the riding and unseating Liberal incumbent Patty Hajdu.
He says “unlike Patty, who always puts the party first” he is confident the voters “know that (he) puts them first and didn’t let the party bully me.”
Hyer once represented the riding for the NDP before jumping to the Greens.
