For the seventh year in a row, the city is presenting the City Hall Sounds program.
Every Thursday this month, over the noon hour, there will be entertainment, food trucks and information booths in McGillivray Square, immediately in front of Thunder Bay City Hall.
It’s part of an initiative by the Crime Prevention Council to create an atmosphere that is conducive to community safety.
Lee-Ann Chevrette is the Coordinator of the Crime Prevention Council.
She says, “these events aim to provide an opportunity for residents to connect with others who live and work in the neighbourhood all while improving community safety.”
The program runs until August 29th.
