City To Award Service Review Contract

Council will vote on the $256,000 review of its programs and services tonight.

City council is set to decide which consulting firm will look for savings in how their programs and services are delivered.

A report from staff is advising them to have the firm Grant Thornton carry out the review.

The money is coming out of the city’s reserves, and the report also suggests applying for provincial funding to cover some of the cost.
