‘Project Disruption’ Results In 10 Arrests

Police have made 10 more drug related arrests thanks to their ‘Project Disruption’ task force.

It followed raids on several apartment units in a building on Pearl Street between Cumberland and Court.

Police say the units were being used by suspected Toronto gang members for drug trafficking.

Of the ten charged, five are from Thunder Bay, the rest are from Toronto.

Police seized about $40,000 in cash along with morphone, crack cocaine, and oxy’s worth about $7,000 on the street.
