Police Smash Window To Access Driver

A 28-year old Red Rock man is facing impaired driving charges after police had to break into his pick up truck to get to him.

Thunder Bay police were called to the corner of Central and Fort William Road around 10 Saturday night to reports of two men passed out, possibly not breathing.

When police showed up at the black pick-up truck, they found the two inside, unresponsive.

Police add they had to smash the window to get in.

One of the charges relates to being impaired by alcohol and drugs.
