I’m pretty sure her intentions weren’t cold hearted, but Paula Abdul was performing at the Billboard Music Awards, dancing through the crowd when she straight up winged her hat right into the throat of Dancing With the Stars star Julianne Hough. No word if her throat is opposites with that hat, but it definitely attracted the rogue chapeau. Julianne rush rushed to Twitter to post a photo with a neck brace. I’m pretty sure it was a joke but who knows? Maybe the promise of a new day will bring healing.
