For the third day in a row, Premier Doug Ford has been a no-show at the Ontario Legislature for Question Period.
The Premier recalled the legislature on Monday to introduce back-to-work legislation for members of the Ontario Power Workers Union, however, he has yet to make an appearance.
Instead, he’s left questions about the hiring of Ron Taverner to the Deputy Premier Christine Elliott and Sylvia Jones, the Minister of Public Safety.
NDP leader Andrea Horwath says it’s time for the Premier to come out from the back rooms and secret meetings, and start being accountable to the people of Ontario.
