The search is on by Thunder Bay police to find the driver involved in what’s believed to have been a hit and run collision with a pedestrian.
They tell us last night just before midnight they were called to the intersection of John Street and Memorial Avenue.
Police were told a female was walking southbound on Memorial, crossing through the intersection, with the right of way.
A black 4-door car heading eastbound on John approached, attempting a right hand turn onto Memorial south.
Police tell us two males in the car yelled at her, as they tried to squeeze between the pedestrian and the curb.
Police add she suffered minor injuries after being hit, with the car taking off southbound on Memorial.
