The death of 17 year old Braiden Jacob is now being investigated as a murder.
Police say his body was discovered in the Chapples Park area on Sunday morning by a passerby.
He had been reported missing by Thunder Bay police one week ago and was last seen heading to the Limbrick Street area.
Jacob’s body was sent to Toronto for a post-mortem examine, but the results of the autopsy along with the cause of death are not being released by authorities.
No arrests have been made.
