Ice Breaker Part Of Waterfront Plan

The site where the Alexander Henry is docked the north side waterfront, is now an official part of the city’s planning process.

City spokesperson Cory Halversen will tell councillors tonight the area has now has been integrated into the city’s waterfront plans.

He explains it’s just to make it official since the site was not previously part of such a plan and to formally keep councillors in the loop about those plans.

Halverson adds the site was not previously part of the waterfront master plan.
