Sheldon Wabason is in the process of getting a new lawyer for his new trial in relation to the death of 54 year old Robert Topping.
Wabason recently won his appeal in Ontario court after being sentenced to ten years on manslaughter and breaking and entering charges.
He’s in the process of getting a new lawyer who told court by May 28th, he should know if he’s been retained and what his next steps are.
Wabason remains in custody in Saskatchewan.
