A local contractor facing numerous fraud charges will be back in court for sentencing in June on one set of offenses.
Richard Belbas is expected to hear his fate on June 8th in relation to money he owes from jobs he didn’t finish in 2013-2014
A pretrial for Belbas is set for May 9th and that deals with 11 fraud charges he faces from January of this year.
He was already convicted in 2015 on similar fraud charges.
