Premier Kathleen Wynne and her Ontario Liberal Party continues to flounder in the polls.
A survey by Forum Research shows the Progressive Conservatives under Patrick Brown have 41 percent support, followed by the Liberals at 28 percent and the New Democrats at 23 percent.
Despite being last in the poll, NDP leader Andrea Horwath is the most popular party leader.
About 1,100 people were polled.
