Path Of The Paddle To Mark Trans Canada Trail

A sign of the times for the Trans Canada Trail.

The Path of the Paddle group wants to put more signs up to show where you can access the local portion, called the Animikii trail.

General Manager Pam Cain says they want to partner with the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority to mark entrances on LRCA-owned property.

She says they’ll be hosting activities to encourage people to get out on the trail for its grand opening in August.
