There’s construction activity taking place at the site of the new Delta Marriott hotel on the waterfront.
The orange tarp has been pulled back from off the underground parking garage.
Our newsroom spoke to some of the construction workers today, who were cleaning the area.
They told us in about 3 months the skeleton of the building will be finished, with the hotel ready for use by late 2018.
The developer has blamed the delays on legal and financial issues.
