City police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a man they say didn’t show up for his court hearing this week on a manslaughter charge.
They say 42 year old Armand George Cummings is described as a native Canadian who is 5’7″ in height with a slim build and long black hair.
Police are urging Cummings to turn himself in.

Warrant for Arrest
Armand George Cummings of Thunder Bay failed to attend in court yesterday to answer to the charge of Manslaughter for the death of Mannie “Josh” Spence on September 15, 2016. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Armand Cummings is described as a 42 year old Native Canadian male who is 5’7″ tall with a slim build. He has long black hair and brown eyes.
We are encouraging Armand to turn himself into police immediately.
