He says the warmer temperatures help to get much of their work done now instead of waiting until the spring. Racco notes that normally they only have a certain time frame to carry out their jobs in the fall.
He adds with the above normal temps the roofing glue can adhere faster thereby speeding up the process and allowing more men to work.
