Expect to see activity at the site of the new waterfront hotel in the coming days.
Developer Gisele MacDonald of the Resolve Group says preparation work is being done around the site with the majority of the work to start on Monday.
The $15 million eight story 150 room Marriott-Delta has been plagued by numerous delays since it was first announced with the start up being pushed back continuously.
