It’s budget day in Ontario.
The provincial Liberals under Premier Kathleen Wynne are going to release what their plans are for the upcoming financial year.
Most political observers say the one sure thing you can expect after all the numbers are laid bare, is that the province will announce a deficit for the ninth year in a row. It currently sits at $7.5 billion.
Those same pundits are also predicting the budget will include more promises for infrastructure spending and how the sale of Hydro One assets will play a factor .
They also predict it will specify plans to join Quebec and California in reducing greenhouse gases.
