A local man facing a second degree murder charge will be back in court on May 1st.
Sheldon Yesno was charged in relation to a fall hit and run on South Algoma Street that resulted in the death of a 38 year old cyclist.
The cyclist later died in hospital from injuries sustained in the crash.
Yesno is the son of Nishnawbe Aski Nation Grand Chief Harvey Yesno.
