The brand new shipping season is about to get underway in the port.
The Great Lakes bulk carrier Tecumseh is expected in the harbour late this afternoon or this evening.
At last report it was around the Welcome Islands and its arrival time was dependant on how fast it could make it through the ice.
The ship was already stuck on Lake Superior near Whitefish Bay which already delayed its arrival here.
