The Harper Government says its latest tax relief will provide a family of four with over $6,000 more.
Yesterday, new legislation was introduced in the House of Commons to implement changes to the Universal Child Care Benefit.
It’ll include an increase from $100 to $160 each month for children under the age of six. Sixty dollars a month will also be provided for children up to the age of 17.
The change would be reflected in monthly payments beginning in July.
