The OPP are reporting the driver of a pulp truck was arrested after they received a complaint about an erratic driver on Highway 11-17 and on Highway 61 around 9:30 yesterday morning.
They say a report indicated the person who was driving almost caused several collisions.
Police say after they got a description of the vehicle officers located it and the driver at the Bowater Mill property. They say he refused to provide a breath sample.
A 53 year old man from Oliver-Paipoonge is charged.
