MoneySense Magazine is putting our city at the top of the list for the best place to buy real estate in the country. It points to the city’s average home price which is just under $209,000 making it very affordable for many people.
MoneySense credits out city for finding ways to pull ourselves out of the forestry slump by rebuilding and becoming a centre for medical, commercial and governmental departments that service all of northern Ontario.
