Kittens In Care, Rescued From Minus 30 Temps

Two kittens are being treated for extreme frostbite, after they were rescued from a snowbank on Friday.

The Humane Society says though the kittens are recovering, one will now lose its leg, ear and tail.

The animal protection organization says a spay and neuter clinic could help prevent pet abandonment.
