The city’s stormwater master plan comes with a cost.
Project manager Cecilio Olivier says Thunder Bay is the first municipality to take the lead in a plan so comprehensive.
But he says that means the next step is to see just how much taxpayers are willing to pay, and what their financial commitment is to flood and water quality prevention.
The proposed plan is up for discussion at an open house this Wednesday at the Italian Culture Centre.
