A Thunder Bay man who’s in legal hot water in Sault Ste. Marie is not facing a charge of Attempted Murder anymore.
That charge, was among 10 counts that were withdrawn against 28 year old Johnathon Thompson in a Soo courtroom on Tuesday. It was in connection with a shooting in October of last year in that community.
However, Thompson is still facing 7 other charges including Robbery with a Firearm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Pointing a Firearm. He’s back in court on March 23rd.
