Last month is now in the record books as the coldest February in Thunder Bay in almost 80 years.
Environment Canada says that the mean temperature for the month was minus 19.6 degrees eclipsing the the record set back in 1936.
Our winter is not likely to be the coldest ever though, since January was milder than normal.
