For Ken Boshcoff, if there’s a will there’s a way to lower the proposed budget.
The former Mayor, City Councillor and Thunder Bay MP says there’s no doubt that every city department can do something to bring the current 4 per cent levy down, though he didn’t make any specific recommendations as to what Coucil should cut.
