Striking CP Rail workers aren’t expected to be on the picket lines for long.
The federal government is expected to introduce back to work legislation as early as today, to end the strike started yesterday by about 3,000 Teamsters members.
Local union president Rob Fiecek says the strike isn’t about the money, but rather achieving a healthy and safe work environment.
Fiecek says they’re expected back on the job as early as tomorrow or Wednesday.
