A 45-year-old Thunder Bay woman is back in court next week on a charge of second degree murder.
Monica Spence appeared before a judge Friday morning, where defence lawyer Christopher Watkins said he plans to push for a preliminary hearing as soon as possible.
Spence is charged in relation to the death of her cousin, 62-year-old Richard Spence.
Her boyfriend, 39-year-old Daniel Debassige was also arrested for murder. He appears in bail court on Jan. 15.
