City Police are investigating a hate crime against the aboriginal population after a letter they call disturbing was dropped off at the Brodie Street Library.
Constable Julie Tilbury says a man stuck it in the night time book drop off box.
Investigators are asking that if any other business or person has received any such letter that they contact the police immediately. (File photo)
