No one is hurt after a tanker truck with loaded liquid asphalt tipped over on City Road Tuesday afternoon. Fire Platoon Chief Larry Warner says it appears the driver failed to make a turn properly.
He says the driver managed to escape injury and refused to be treated by paramedics. Warner says there was not enough of the liquid asphalt that spilled to bring in the Ministry of the Environment.
